The vine, its cultivation, the cellar, the winemaking process, the winemakers and their wines… a whole world to grasp, understand and explain, with a glass in hand!

The wines of Auxey Duresses hold a central place within the Caveau, and we want you to discover them. But the richness of Burgundy, and of France wine-growing is so great that we have not been able to resist the urge to make you discover a large panel.
Our credo: wines from family estates with whom we maintain regular and personal links. Because wine is above all a human adventure!
