In the freshness of the cellar or in the courtyard bathed in sunshine, take time to discover the wines of Burgundy at your own pace, taking advantage of the advices of the team of the cellar.

From 45 minutes to 1h30, from the regional to the Grands Crus, we’ll do our best to share our passion!

We propose 3 different formulas:

  • Discovery: 5 wines, including a minimum of 1 premier Cru (18€)
  • Epicurian : 7 wines, including a minimum of 3 Premiers Crus (30€)
  • Prestige : 7 wines, including 4 Premiers Crus and one Grand Cru (45€)

November is the vertical tastings month at the Caveau! This year, experience Pommard, Meursault et Chambolle Musigny

The world of wine attracts you but seems complicated ? The technical terms, the chronology of the work of the vineyard and the cellar looks hard to handle? Push the door of the caveau and let’s approach together the different facets of the vine and wine.

No school benches here, but videos and personnalized explanations to discover the vocabulary and know how of the winemakers.

Want to enjoy some salty bites during your wine tasting?

All year long, we propose a selection of local dried saussages from the Morvan, along with Comté cheese slices from the best cheese producers of the Jura.

You’ll also find in the Caveau, a selection of crafted fruit juices, beers from the Flavigny brewery, and also local specialties such as Ratafia de Bourgogne, Marc and Fine, and even Gin made from grape distillates form our partner wineries!
