Grand Cru Tastings
Let’s set off to discover Burgundy’s most renowned wines, the 1% of production that the whole world dreams of!
Three premier crus to get things started, and three grands crus to reach for the stars!
In intimate small groups to enjoy an exchange with a member of the cellar team, and ask all the questions you may have about vines, wine, and local anecdotes.
Tasting in our selection of Riedel glasses accompanied by breadsticks to fully enjoy each tasting.
Price: €90/person – Reservations for 2 to 8 people minimum between April & October.

Themed Tastings
All year round, Le Caveau d’Auxey invites you to discover the richness of Burgundy wines through several tasting experiences.
From an introduction to local appellations, wine and chocolate pairings, discovery of Grands Crus, immersion in the world of Corton, or exploration of the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune, each option is designed to share the passion of our winemakers and the treasures of their terroir, in a friendly and authentic setting.

Oenology courses: Workshops in Auxey Duresses
The world of wine attracts you but seems complicated ? The technical terms, the chronology of the work of the vineyard and the cellar looks hard to handle? Push the door of the caveau and let’s approach together the different facets of the vine and wine.
No school desks here, but videos and personalized explanations to discover the vocabulary and expertise of the winemakers.

Local products from the Terroir
Want to enjoy some salty bites during your wine tasting?
All year round, without reservation, we offer a range of artisanal Morvan sausages, as well as slices of Comté cheese from the best Jura fruitières.
You will also find at Le Caveau a selection of artisanal fruit juices, a range of craft beers, as well as various local products such as Marc de Bourgogne, Ratafia, or even Gin from Guillemot Michel, produced in Quintaine, near Mâcon.
